Terms of Service

For Slideshow AI: the app, useslideshowai.com and our emails. Effective September 29, 2026.

1. These terms

Slideshow AI is made and run by SCROLLWORKS LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Scrollworks", "we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Scrollworks for the Slideshow AI app, the Slideshow AI website at useslideshowai.com, and the emails we send about them (together, "Slideshow AI").

By creating an account, using Slideshow AI or buying a plan, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and why. If you don't agree, don't use Slideshow AI. If you use it for a business, you agree for that business too, and you confirm you can.

If you got the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app, and purchases in the App Store are also governed by Apple's Media Services Terms. If they conflict with these terms about the app, these terms apply, except where Apple's terms say they take priority. See also section 18.

2. Who can use Slideshow AI

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• To buy a plan you must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live), or have a parent or guardian buy it for you.
• Slideshow AI is offered to creators in the United States. Plans are sold only in the United States, in US dollars.
• You may not use Slideshow AI if the law or a court forbids you to, or if we have closed your account before and not reopened it.

3. Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we send to it; there is no password. Use an email address that is yours, keep access to it safe, and tell us at info@scrollworks.ai if you think someone else got into your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

An account is for one person. Don't share your sign-in or sell or lend your account or plan. You can delete your account at any time in the app (the Account tab, then Delete my account and photos); what that deletes is in the Privacy Policy.

4. What Slideshow AI does

You give us a product listing (photos or screenshots, a product name and, if you like, a description), or, where the app offers it, pick a product from a list. Slideshow AI uses AI models to make a slideshow for TikTok: AI-generated images of the product in realistic scenes, with suggested text for each slide. You can redo a slide, with or without a note, fix part of a slide, and save the slides to your phone to post yourself. We never post for you.

• The images and text are made by AI. They can get things wrong: the product's colour, shape, size, count, packaging or words can differ from the real product, and a scene or a hand can look wrong. Check every slide against the real product before you post it.
• The people in the images are made up. They are not real customers and have not used the product.
• Product lists (such as New products and Bestsellers) are there to help you find products. Figures in them are estimates from the source named, may be out of date, and are not a promise of sales or commissions.
• Your free slideshow lets you see what the app makes before you buy. It can't be saved or shared, and screenshots of it are blocked; a plan unlocks saving and sharing.
• Some requests are refused. A fix or a redo note that would add a claim (for example a price, a discount, a rating or a result), a face, or another brand is refused, and it doesn't use your plan. That check is there to help you; it doesn't make a post compliant, and posting is still your responsibility (section 10).

Slideshow AI is improving all the time. We may add, change or remove features, change the AI models behind it, or turn a feature off, and some features may be marked as early or test features. If we stop offering Slideshow AI altogether, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead where we can, and refund the unused part of a plan bought on the web by card or paid with bitcoin (App Store plans are refunded by Apple under its rules).

5. Plans and usage

Every new account gets a free slideshow. After that, making slideshows needs a plan: Starter, Creator or Studio. What each includes and costs is shown before you buy it.

• Usage. Each plan gives an amount of usage for each monthly period. Slideshows, redos and fixes all use it, in different amounts (a slideshow uses much more than a redo). The app shows how much you have used and when it resets. "About N slideshows" on a plan is an estimate for a typical slideshow, not a promise of a number.
• Daily and weekly limits. So a month's usage can't be spent in a day, each plan also has a limit per day (from midnight UTC) and per week (from Monday, midnight UTC). There is also a short-term limit on how fast you can start new work, and a ceiling per day for every plan.
• No rollover. Usage you don't use in a period doesn't carry over to the next one, and has no cash value.
• When something fails on our side. If a slideshow never starts or fails with nothing to show, or a redo or a fix fails, the usage it took is given back automatically. If a slideshow came out wrong, you can ask for it back in the app within 7 days ("Something off? Ask for this slideshow back"); we review each request, and approve up to 3 a month.
• Fair use. Plans are for one creator's own use. We may limit unusual use, like shared logins, automated use or use that harms the service for others (section 13).
• Changes to usage. If we lower the usage a plan includes, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead, and the change applies from your first renewal (or, for a plan paid with bitcoin, your first new payment) after that notice.

You can have one kind of plan at a time: from the App Store, on the web by card, or paid with bitcoin. Plans don't transfer between them; to switch, let one end (or cancel it) before buying the other.

6. Plans bought in the App Store

Plans bought in the app are monthly subscriptions sold by Apple, under Apple's terms. Apple charges your Apple account, renews your plan every month until you cancel, and handles cancellations, price changes and refunds.

• To cancel, go to your Apple account's subscriptions (on iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions), or tap Manage subscription in the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are Apple's decision. You can ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, the plan it paid for ends.
• Deleting your Slideshow AI account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it with Apple as well.

7. Plans bought on the web by card

You can also buy a plan on our website, useslideshowai.com, or from the app's link to it. These plans are sold through Stripe's Managed Payments: Link, Stripe's checkout, is the seller of record. It takes your payment, adds and pays any sales tax, sends your receipts, and handles payment questions and disputes, under its own terms. We provide Slideshow AI itself. When you check out, you confirm you agree to these terms.

Renewal

Your plan starts when you pay and renews automatically every month, on the same day of the month, at the price shown when you bought it plus any sales tax, until you cancel. Your card or other payment method is charged at each renewal. Stripe emails you before a renewal.

How to cancel

Cancel online at any time, without contacting us: in the app, open Account, then Manage subscription, then cancel your plan; or use the link in any receipt email; or on Link's website. Your plan stays until the end of the month you paid for, then ends and is not charged again. Deleting your account in the app cancels a web plan at once, without a refund for the rest of that month.

Changing plans

Moving to a bigger plan applies at once: you are charged the difference for the rest of the month, and what you have used this month still counts. Moving to a smaller plan applies at your next renewal.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, it is retried for up to two weeks and you keep your plan meanwhile (up to 16 days from the renewal date). If it still can't be paid, the plan ends.

Price changes

We may change prices. A new price never applies to your plan without notice: we (or Link) will email you at least 30 days before it applies to your plan, with the new price and how to cancel. If you don't want the new price, cancel before it applies.

Refunds

Except where the law requires otherwise, we don't refund part of a month after you cancel or delete your account. If something went wrong with a charge (for example you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling), write to us at info@scrollworks.ai and we will put it right. Link's support may also refund a payment under Managed Payments' own rules.

8. Plans paid with bitcoin

When we offer it, you can pay for a plan ahead with bitcoin on useslideshowai.com, through our own BTCPay checkout (on the Bitcoin network directly, or over Lightning). Scrollworks is the seller of these plans. Bitcoin payments are made only on the website, never in the app.

• You pay for 1, 3 or 12 months (or another length we offer), at the US dollar price shown, which is lower than the card price for the same months (the saving is shown before you pay). The checkout turns that price into an amount of bitcoin, fixed for the time the checkout shows (30 minutes). You pay any network fee your wallet charges.
• Your plan starts once the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute and at most about an hour. Each month of it has its own usage, as in section 5.
• If you pay while a plan paid with bitcoin is running, the new time starts when the current time ends. If you pay for a bigger plan, it starts at once, and the time left on your current plan is added to it at the ratio of the two plans' monthly prices (for example, 20 days of Creator become 5 days of Studio). You can't pay more than 25 months ahead.
• It never renews or charges by itself. The app shows when your paid time ends, and we may also email you a reminder a week before and when it ends. After it ends you can still save and share your slideshows for 7 days, but not start new ones; then the plan ends.
• Bitcoin payments can't be reversed, by us or anyone else. Check the amount and the plan before you pay.
• We don't refund unused time, except as this section says. If something went wrong with a payment (you paid twice, paid too much, paid too little, or paid after the checkout expired), write to us: we will either start the plan or refund, in bitcoin, the US dollar amount that was not used, to an address you give us. If we close your account when you have not broken these terms, or stop offering Slideshow AI, we refund the US dollar value of your unused whole months the same way.
• Deleting your account ends a plan paid with bitcoin without a refund. If you want a refund of unused time first, write to us before you delete your account.

9. Your content and the slides

What you give us stays yours. Your photos, screenshots, listing text, notes, fixes, profile and other things you add ("your content") remain yours. You give us permission to store, copy, process and change your content, and to send it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy (including the AI model providers), only as needed to run Slideshow AI for you: to make, show, change and save your slideshows, to show your public profile if you make one, to keep the service safe and working, to fix problems and improve Slideshow AI (for example when you send feedback), to answer you, and to meet the law. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep under the Privacy Policy or that others already have (such as a public profile). We don't use your photos or slides in our marketing without asking you, and we don't sell them.

What we make for you is yours to use. As between you and us, the slides and text Slideshow AI makes for you ("the slides") are yours, and we give you any rights we have in them. You can use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial posts. Please know that:

• AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright, and other people may get similar images from the same or other tools.
• The slides show someone else's product. The product, its brand and its listing photos belong to their owners; you need your own right to use them (section 10).
• Saved slides carry a small note in their file data saying they were made with Slideshow AI. Don't remove it to pass a slide off as a real photo.

What stays ours. The app, the website, our designs, prompts, code and brand belong to Scrollworks or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app and the website under these terms.

Ideas. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

10. Posting what you make

You decide what to post, and you are responsible for it. Before you post a slideshow made with Slideshow AI:

• Follow TikTok's rules, including its Community Guidelines, TikTok Shop's affiliate and content policies, and its rules on labelling AI-generated content. Other platforms' rules apply where you post there.
• Disclose that you earn a commission. Under the FTC's rules on endorsements, a post that promotes a product you earn from must say so clearly (for example with TikTok's commission or ad disclosure, or "#ad").
• Be honest about what the images are. The people and scenes are made up. Don't present an AI image as a real photo of you, of a real customer, or of a real result, and don't say or imply you used a product if you didn't.
• No false or unsupported claims. Don't add prices, discounts, ratings, reviews, "best seller" or "#1", results, health or medical claims, or urgency ("only 3 left") unless they are true and you can back them up. Don't write fake reviews or testimonials.
• Show the product as it is. Make sure the slides match the real product's look, size, contents and what it does.
• Respect other people's rights. Only upload photos you have the right to use. Listing photos belong to the seller or brand: use them only as the affiliate program or the seller allows. Don't upload photos of other people without their permission, don't make images that look like a real, identifiable person (such as a celebrity), and don't suggest that a person or a brand endorses you or the product when they don't.

We don't review your slides before you post them, and we are not responsible for what you post or for any decision a platform makes about your account or posts.

11. What you may not do

Don't use Slideshow AI to:

• break the law, or help someone else to;
• make or share sexual content involving minors (which we report to the authorities), sexual or nude content of anyone, or content that is violent, hateful, harassing or threatening;
• promote products that are illegal to sell or advertise, or make content that is designed to deceive, scam or defraud;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or right of publicity, or impersonate anyone;
• get around our limits, checks or safety features, share or resell accounts or plans, or access Slideshow AI by scripts, bots or other automated means, other than the app and website as we provide them;
• copy, take apart or reverse-engineer the app or the service (except where the law allows it), scrape it, or use it or its outputs to build a competing product or train AI models;
• overload, attack or probe the service, or upload viruses or other harmful code; or
• use the free slideshow or a trial in ways meant to avoid paying.

12. Your public profile

If you make a creator profile in the app, it is public: your username, display name, bio and picture, and your address in the form name@scrollworks.ai, can be seen by anyone, and other apps can show and copy them (the Privacy Policy explains how). Don't put anything in your profile you don't want public.

• Usernames are 3 to 20 characters, one per account. Some names are reserved. Your first change is free; after that you can change it once every 30 days.
• Don't pick a name that impersonates someone or uses a brand you don't own. We may take a name back (for example for impersonation, a trademark, or at the real owner's request) or remove a profile picture that breaks these terms.
• The address name@scrollworks.ai identifies your profile. It is not an email inbox, and it stops working if your account is closed or deleted.

13. Pausing and closing accounts

We may limit, pause or close your account, or refuse a request, if we reasonably believe you broke these terms or the law, if your use puts other people, the service or us at risk, or if a law or court requires it. For example, going very fast gets a short "slow down"; a pause stops new slideshows, redos and fixes but lets you keep saving and sharing; closing stops all use and sign-in.

When we pause or close an account, the app tells you, and you can write to info@scrollworks.ai if you think it's a mistake; we will look at it again. If we close your account because you broke these terms, we don't refund your plan. You can stop using Slideshow AI and delete your account at any time.

Sections 9 (the permissions you and we gave, as that section says), 10, 11, and 14 to 20 still apply after your account ends.

14. Other companies' services

Slideshow AI works with services run by other companies, such as Apple, Stripe and Link, the AI model providers, and TikTok (where you post). Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them. Slideshow AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, and TikTok and TikTok Shop are TikTok's trademarks.

15. No guarantees

We work hard to make Slideshow AI good and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms: no warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the slides will be accurate or suitable for your purpose, or that a post will be approved by a platform, get views or make sales or commissions, and no implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

16. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Scrollworks and its members, managers and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, commissions, data or goodwill, arising from Slideshow AI or these terms, even if we were told they might happen. Our total liability for all claims about Slideshow AI or these terms is limited to the greater of what you paid for Slideshow AI in the 12 months before the claim arose (whether to Apple, Link or us) and US$100.

These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, such as for our fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and they don't take away rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded, something you posted, or your breaking these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

17. Disputes and the law

If you have a problem with Slideshow AI, please write to us first at info@scrollworks.ai. Most things can be put right that way. If we can't settle it within 30 days, either of us may take it further.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A dispute that goes to court will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring a claim in a small-claims court where you live, if it qualifies. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the state where you live.

18. Apple

If you got the app from Apple's App Store:

• These terms are between you and Scrollworks, not Apple. Scrollworks, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Write to us for support.
• If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies to it, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for the app itself, if any; to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• Scrollworks, not Apple, is responsible for dealing with any claims about the app, such as product-liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer-protection or privacy claims, and claims that it infringes someone else's intellectual property.
• You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo or named as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you as they relate to the app.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Slideshow AI changes or the law requires. We will post the new terms here with their effective date. If a change is significant, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email or in the app, unless it must happen sooner for a legal or safety reason. If you keep using Slideshow AI after a change takes effect, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, stop using it and cancel your plan. A change never takes away what you already paid for in a current period.

20. The rest

• These terms, the Privacy Policy and anything they refer to are the whole agreement between you and us about Slideshow AI.
• If a part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part at some point, we can still enforce it later.
• You may not transfer these terms or your account to someone else. We may transfer them to a company that takes over Slideshow AI, and we will tell you if we do; your rights under these terms stay the same.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as outages of the internet or of the services we rely on.
• We may send you notices by email to your account's address or in the app. You can send notices to us at the address below.
